Trust and safety at PartySathi.

Understand verification, safe booking practices, communication records, payments, complaints, emergencies and the requests PartySathi does not permit.

Verification supports informed decisions

PartySathi may review identity, KYC, profile, professional, service-area and payout information before a professional becomes eligible for relevant opportunities. Information may need to be renewed or reviewed again.

Verification reduces some risks but is not a guarantee of performance, availability or future conduct. Customers should still provide a clear brief, safe conditions and active on-site coordination.

Keep bookings and payments in the app

Individual discovery, pricing, booking and payment are available through the PartySathi customer app, not through website checkout. Review the booking total and terms before confirming.

Do not share card details, one-time passwords, banking passwords or other sensitive payment credentials in chat. Be cautious of requests to move a PartySathi-introduced booking or payment outside the recorded flow.

Share only the information needed for the event

Provide accurate venue access, schedule, role and on-site contact information. Avoid placing unnecessary identity documents, financial information or private guest details in a booking brief or chat.

Professional information received for a booking must be used only for that event. Do not publish profiles, phone numbers, identity details, chats or attendance evidence without a lawful and appropriate reason.

Maintain respectful communication and working conditions

Customers and professionals must communicate without harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual misconduct or abusive language. Venue rules and dress expectations should be relevant, respectful and disclosed before the shift.

Provide safe access, drinking water, reasonable breaks for longer shifts and any agreed equipment. Report a material change rather than pressuring a professional to perform work they did not accept.

Requests PartySathi does not permit

  • Illegal activity, violence, intimidation, harassment, exploitation or discriminatory instructions.
  • Sexual services, inappropriate physical contact or work presented deceptively as ordinary event staffing.
  • Unlicensed security, unlawful alcohol service or specialist work assigned to an unqualified professional.
  • Handling unknown substances, dangerous equipment, weapons or unsafe transport arrangements.
  • Fake bookings, attendance evidence, reviews, identities, payments or attempts to bypass platform controls.

Report concerns with useful evidence

Contact PartySathi support as soon as practical with the booking ID, time, location, people involved and a factual description. Relevant booking chat, photographs or other evidence may help the review when collected safely and lawfully.

PartySathi may review booking, communication, attendance and payment records; request information from participants; restrict accounts; or take other proportionate action under its policies.

Prioritise safety during an emergency

If there is immediate danger, move to a safer location when possible and contact the appropriate local emergency authority. Platform support is not a substitute for police, fire, ambulance or other emergency services.

When it is safe, notify PartySathi with the booking details so the platform can preserve relevant records and review any necessary account or booking action.

Understand the limits of platform safeguards

No marketplace can eliminate every risk. PartySathi combines verification processes, recorded bookings, communication, attendance, payments, support and policy enforcement to improve accountability.

Customers remain responsible for lawful event arrangements, appropriate supervision, venue safety and instructions. Professionals remain responsible for their conduct and the accepted work.
