Independent professional relationship

PartyStaff provides access to marketplace opportunities. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, staff partners are independent professionals and not employees of PartySathi.

Profile and KYC

• Provide accurate identity, contact, professional, service-area and payout information.
• Upload only genuine, valid and readable KYC documents belonging to you.
• Keep licences, certificates and payout information current.
• Verification may be approved, rejected, expired or requested again. Verification does not guarantee booking volume.

Availability and booking acceptance

• Set accurate availability and service areas.
• Review role, location, timing, payout and requirements before accepting.
• Accept only work you can reach and perform safely and professionally.
• After acceptance, arrive on time and use required en-route, attendance, OTP or completion flows.

Professional responsibilities

• Perform only the agreed role and follow reasonable customer and venue instructions.
• Maintain hygiene, attire, conduct and skill standards appropriate to the role.
• Protect customer addresses, phone numbers, chats and event information.
• Do not solicit off-platform payment or move introduced bookings off PartySathi.
• Report emergencies, unsafe conditions, harassment or booking discrepancies promptly.

Payouts, wallet and deductions

The app may show estimated or confirmed payout amounts. Payout depends on accepted assignment completion, attendance, booking settlement, dispute status and valid payout details.

Applicable commissions, penalties, refunds, cash-booking security amounts, wallet adjustments or statutory deductions may be recorded where disclosed and legally permitted.

Cancellations and no-shows

Repeated late cancellation, non-attendance, false attendance or abandonment may lead to reduced access, penalties, withheld disputed payout or account suspension. Genuine emergencies should be reported immediately with available evidence.

Suspension and disputes

PartySathi may restrict a staff profile for expired or rejected KYC, safety concerns, fraud, customer harm, repeated poor performance or policy violations. Staff may contact support to provide context or appeal eligible decisions.
