Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting login credentials and verification codes.
Marketplace role
PartySathi provides a technology-enabled marketplace and operational support connecting customers with independent event professionals. Unless expressly stated, PartySathi is not the direct employer of staff partners and is not an event management agency.
Pricing and payments
The app displays applicable service charges, platform or convenience charges, taxes, discounts and the total payable before payment. Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another approved provider.
You authorize the selected provider to process payment information under its own terms. Failed, reversed, duplicate or suspicious transactions may be reviewed before a booking proceeds.
Chats, reviews and content
Chats and attachments must relate to bookings or support and must not contain harassment, unlawful content, malware or sensitive payment credentials.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. PartySathi may moderate fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant or privacy-violating content.
Cancellations, refunds and disputes
Cancellation eligibility, charges and refund amounts depend on booking status, notice period, work already performed, provider costs and applicable law. The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.
Contact support promptly for disputes. PartySathi may review booking records, chats, attendance, payment status and submitted evidence.
Suspension, liability and governing law
PartySathi may restrict accounts or bookings for fraud, abuse, unsafe conduct, policy violations or legal requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartySathi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over PartySathi’s registered place of business will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer law.
