What can I book with PartySathi?
You can request available party and event professionals such as waiters, bartenders, hosts, decorators, photographers, cleaners and coordinators. Categories depend on your location and event details.
How quickly can I book staff?
The app lets you create a request in minutes. Confirmation depends on location, timing, requested quantity and professional availability.
What does verified staff mean?
PartySathi may review identity, KYC and professional information before displaying verification. Verification reduces risk but does not guarantee every aspect of future conduct.
How do payments work?
The app shows the payable amount before checkout. Online payments may be processed securely through Razorpay. Never share card details or OTPs in chats.
Can I cancel a booking?
Cancellation options depend on booking status, notice period and whether professionals have already committed, travelled or started work. Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How long do refunds take?
PartySathi aims to initiate eligible refunds within 3 business days after approval. Banks or payment providers may take approximately 5–10 business days to display the amount.
Can I chat with assigned staff?
Booking chats may become available for coordination. Keep communication relevant, respectful and free from sensitive payment credentials.
How do notifications work?
PartySathi and PartyStaff send booking, assignment, payment, support, KYC and payout updates through in-app and push notifications when enabled.
How do I join as staff?
Use the PartyStaff app to register, complete your profile, provide professional information, submit KYC and configure availability, service area and payout details.
