Respect everyone

  • No harassment, discrimination, threats, intimidation or unwanted sexual conduct.
  • Use respectful language in person, chats, support requests and reviews.
  • Respect personal boundaries, religious practices, disability needs and venue rules.

Keep events safe

  • Customers must provide a safe venue and disclose material risks or unusual requirements.
  • Staff must follow reasonable safety, hygiene and professional standards.
  • Never pressure anyone to perform illegal, dangerous or unbooked work.
  • Contact emergency services first where immediate safety is at risk, then notify PartySathi.

Protect privacy

  • Use customer and staff information only for the relevant booking.
  • Do not publish addresses, phone numbers, identity documents, payment details or private chats.
  • Do not record people where prohibited or without appropriate consent.

Use the platform honestly

  • Do not create fake bookings, profiles, KYC documents, attendance evidence, payments or reviews.
  • Do not manipulate ratings or pressure another user to avoid reporting a genuine issue.
  • Do not move platform-introduced bookings off-platform to avoid controls or charges.

Enforcement

PartySathi may warn, restrict, suspend or remove accounts; cancel bookings; withhold disputed payouts; preserve evidence; or contact authorities where appropriate. Decisions consider severity, evidence, history and immediate safety.
