Use the PartySathi customer app to create an individual requirement, review the information shown for your request and manage the booking lifecycle.

What you can manage

• Choose relevant professional categories and enter your event schedule and location.
• Provide quantities, role details, venue instructions and an on-site contact.
• Review the displayed booking information and complete the recorded payment flow.
• Follow booking status, assignment updates, communication and support records.
• Review completion information and provide fair service feedback.

PartySathi and PartyStaff are different apps

PartySathi is the customer app for people arranging event professionals. PartyStaff is the professional app for eligible staff partners managing profiles, opportunities, shifts and earnings.

Business and recurring requirements

Hotels, venues, caterers, agencies and corporate teams can submit one-time, bulk or recurring requirements through the Enterprise inquiry form on the website.

An inquiry is not an automatic booking confirmation. Coverage and operating arrangements are reviewed against the location, dates, roles and requested volume.

Before requesting access

• Use an email address and phone number you can access.
• Keep the application and device operating system reasonably up to date.
• Never share passwords, one-time codes or payment credentials with an unknown person.
• Contact support if a store link, sign-in step or booking record does not work as expected.
